Prospectus This portion of the Web page is for physicians and other health professionals who may be interested in referring their patients for counseling at transitions. In addition, educators, clergy, and attorneys may find this information useful in referring persons who are in their care.
A prospectus provides a brief overview of the professional focus of TRANSITIONS and a section offers some notes and suggestions with regard to making referrals for counseling. Finally, an online brochure is provided for downloading.
I have found clients who are willing to drive to one or both of my Lincoln County office locations (Lincolnton-now closed or Northbrook): from areas ranging from Hickory and Newton/Conover to the North, Morganton to the West, Shelby or Gastonia to the South, and the Lake Norman/Charlotte area to the East. Local health-care professionals within this region should feel free to make referrals to TRANSITIONS Personnel & Family Counseling Services.
